ATLAS ETMS® is Atlas Information Services flagship product.

ATLAS ETMS® is an Electronic Territory Management System designed for contact management and targeting in the pharmaceutical industry. The contacts include doctors, key administrators, pharmacists, nurses and nurse practitioners. The intent is to foster the relationship between the pharmaceutical company and their customers.

ATLAS ETMS® offers an organised process for recording and presenting the latest information about contacts to assist Sales Representatives with call planning and follow-up. That information may be of a personal nature, or business and site related. In addition, there is the opportunity to plan, track and follow-up about continuing medical education events (CMEs) to complete the picture for each contact. Finally, Head Office can compliment the information available to the Sales Representative by incorporating third party data with their information.

ATLAS ETMS® is available as three different applications:

  • General Practitioner;
  • Specialist; and
  • Pharmacy.

ATLAS ETMS® is designed to accommodate the AMPCo database and IMS data, but can also utilise other databases and information sources.

ATLAS ETMS® is also structured to accept the GP Reach sample management solution.

Dashboards are standard and customised to each client's requirements as are management reports.

The following are the ATLAS ETMS® icons and a brief description of associated functionality:

Customers Icon

Customers are the people you call on and talk to in the course of business. For example, doctors, pharmacists, key administrators, nurses, nurse practitioners, and other medical practitioners.

Institutions

Institutions are the businesses, or bricks and mortar, where Customers are working. For example, private practices, hospitals, pharmacies and other medical institutions.

Search Planning

Search Planning is a powerful tool for performing inquiries on resident data stored in the ATLAS ETMS® database. It helps direct a Sales Representative's activities and to prepare mail merges. Searches can be performed on a wide selection of parameters.

Groups

Groups are used for classifying contacts into any number of subsets based on specified definitions. Groups can be used for such purposes as marketing campaigns, clinical trials, or for isolating key customers.

Rotations

Rotations provide a mechanism for combining contact and location information to determine an effective itinerary for sales calls over any given time frame.

Meetings

Meetings are an important vehicle for human communication. They are so common and pervasive in organisations that many take them for granted and forget that, unless properly planned and executed, meetings can be a terrible waste of precious resources.

Samples

Samples allow sample status to be monitored on screen or via an appropriate report on areas including sample movement history; sample expiry date review; storage room management; and inventory.

Synchronise

Synchronise allows the Sales Representative to upload valuable information to the main corporate database.
